**Overview**

**Duties**
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by regularly cleaning floors, countertops, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized workflow during peak service hours.
- Dispose of waste properly and assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies.
- Support the overall cleanliness of the restaurant by participating in deep cleaning tasks as required.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food service standards is a plus.
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices and sanitation guidelines is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Pay: $17.20-$18.92 per hour
