**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly. This position is essential for supporting the overall operations of our restaurant and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

**Duties**
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that it is organized at all times.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation as needed, including washing vegetables and organizing ingredients.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure that recycling protocols are followed.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low.
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support other kitchen staff during peak hours by assisting with various tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as necessary.
