**Job Summary**

**Job Duties Include**

**The responsibilities and duties of this position includes but is not limited to**:

- Conducts business requirements gathering and analysis of processes to develop quality business requirements.
- Conducts business analysis to determine how to leverage data from Cityworks to guide decision making.
- Provides day to day user and operational support for the Cityworks to determine needs and troubleshoot issues.
- Creates and updates user training documentation that is clear and understandable to the user group.
- Develops and conducts user training on CityWorks.
- Proactively reviews and maintains data integrity and takes ownership in the tracking, monitoring and resolution of issues as they arise.
- Develops and executes quality assurance testing on a regular basis and act as a key quality assurance resource.

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operational Management, Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the day-to-day support of maintenance management systems, including but not limited to identification, tracking and troubleshooting of system issues.
- High level of knowledge regarding the documentation of business processes.
- Strong writing skills to articulate business needs, strategy and training documentation.
- Experience working in an operations/service delivery environment.
- Experience providing professional advice, assistance, and recommendations to peers, management and senior management teams.
- Ability to work in partnership with other departments to enhance the functionality, efficiency and success of the business operations.
- Exceptional ability to work in a busy environment with competing priorities across multi-disciplinary teams while maintaining a high level of detail.
- Strong proficiency with M365 suite of software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

**Nice to Have**
- Previous experience with GIS systems is considered an asset.
- Geographic Information Systems Certificate is considered an asset.
- Certified Business Analyst Professional considered an asset.
- Experience with the implementation of Maintenance Management systems considered an asset.
- Previous experience working in municipal government will be considered as an asset.

**What is Offered to Staff**
- **Rate of Pay**: $84,238 - $105,298 per year.
- **Contract Duration**: This temporary position is for approximately 12 months in duration.
- **Hours of Work**: This is a non union position that works a 35 hour work week. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
