Bruce Wine Bar specializes in wood-fired, Neapolitan pizza and locally driven cuisine. We are looking for Line Cooks to join our Head Chef Shaun Edmonstone and our kitchen team. A passion for creating great quality food is essential, wood oven experience is an asset but we will train We are open Tuesday-Saturday, closed Sundays and Mondays. Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience for line cook and you must be able to reliably get to our restaurant in Thornbury. Your responsibilities will include proper set up, maintenance and tear down of your station each day, all related prep work, ordering and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen, including washing dishes, proper sanitization and following of all Health & Safety practices. A day at Bruce is never dull
