**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks to create a welcoming atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Ensure that all food safety and handling guidelines are followed during service.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean work environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is an advantage.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential.
