We are currently recruiting for an Quality Manager at our head office location in Red Deer, Alberta.

**What will you do?**
- Manage quality department staff
- Assist with Product Development and Implement Inspection Procedures
- Ensure products meet Engineering and Quality Standards
- Schedule and coordinate third-party and customer inspections.
- Ensure that the final product meets clients/third party inspectors standards and requirements
- Oversee and monitor manufacturing processes to maintain compliance and quality
- Management of NCR, measurement instruments and calibration program.
- Track and report on quality system KPI's

**What do you need?**
- Mechanical Engineer (Or relevant Engineering Degree)
- Strong knowledge of measurement codes
- AGA & ISO 5167
- Quality System standards
- ISO 9001-2015, ABSA, PED 2014-68-EU & UKCA
- Knowledge of material requirements and standards
- Strong knowledge of Welding Processes and Codes
- Experience with Quality external and internal audits, customer audits and third party inspections
- Ability to execute projects thoroughly and within required timelines
- ERP system knowledge
- Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- General machining knowledge
- Ability to travel Overseas
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
