Junior Pool Service Technician

We are looking for an experienced Junior Pool Service Technician for our client located in Port Carling. They are into the business of pool maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the maintenance and repair of residential and commercial swimming pools
- Perform tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces
- Test and adjust water chemistry to ensure pool safety and cleanliness
- Help with the installation, repair, and maintenance of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing pool-related issues
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety guidelines and company standards
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in pool maintenance, repair, or a related field is preferred
- Basic knowledge of pool systems and equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior technicians

**Location**: Port Carling

**Working Hours**: 8 am start (8-10 hours) (Mon - Fri)

**Pay Rate**: $18/hr. to $22/hr. (depending upon experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- pool maintenance: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
