**Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at 40 Westt in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing outstanding service to our customers, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

**Responsibilities**

  • Greet and seat customers promptly upon arrival.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that tables are clean and properly set for each guest.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns.

**Requirements**

  • 5 years minimum of previous experience at a similar establishment
  • Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of wines
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be fluent in English and French

**Responsabilités**

  • Accueillir et placer les clients rapidement à leur arrivée.
  • Prendre les commandes de nourriture et de boissons de manière précise et efficace.
  • Servir les plats et les boissons en temps opportun.
  • Veiller à ce que les tables soient propres et bien dressées pour chaque invité.
  • Gérer les transactions en argent comptant et utiliser le système de point de vente (POS) efficacement.
  • Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en répondant aux questions et préoccupations des clients.

**Exigences**

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un établissement similaire.
  • Solide connaissance des pratiques de manipulation et de sécurité des aliments.
  • Connaissance approfondie des vins.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et attitude amicale.
  • Capacité à bien gérer son temps dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais requise.
