**Associate Brand Manager**
Since 2001, Diva has been challenging the period status quo with the DivaCup®, the original, reusable, convenient silicone menstrual cup. We have moved beyond tradition, redesigning the look and feel of the feminine hygiene industry with better products. In September we were very excited to introduce our latest innovation, the Diva Disc.

We are searching for an Associate Brand Manager who will be responsible for Global brand management, strategic brand direction, development of brand and product strategy to drive sales and marketing initiatives. A new position for us, the Associate Brand Manager will own the Marketing research function and using these insights, create strategies based on data. They will ensure the consistency of brand image and messaging across all marketing and media platforms. As the ABM, you will be on the leading edge and have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our Innovation, Operations and Sales departments. A key position in the Marketing team, you will play a critical role supporting Diva’s 3-year growth strategy.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
**RESEARCH**
- Own the delivery of data and research, setting regular reporting and consumer research cadence, and develop brand objectives in tandem with Marketing leadership
- Collect, analyze, and summarize market and competitive data in support of brand development (e.g. Nielsen, SPINS data, independent consumer market research from brand language, campaigns, positioning, to product testing, usage).
- Develop and manage tracking system for analyzing competitive activity

**STRATEGY**
- Work closely with Marketing leadership to ensure brand guidelines and strategies are communicated to team members and third-party vendors.
- Provide insight and feedback to create effective and efficient marketing materials
- Assist and collaborate with Director of Communications and Director of Ecommerce on the development, maintenance and updating on brand channel strategies.
- Collaborate with Director of Communications, Global Trade Marketing Manager and Director of Ecommerce on launch strategies for all product SKUs.
- Monitor and track performance and report to Director of Media and Communications accordingly to ensure delivery of business commitments.
- Support development and execution of 3-year Brand operating plan, commercial programs, and annual plan delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Customer teams, Global Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute Shopper Marketing plans
- Support Advertising post-program analysis to adjust investment strategies and optimize ROI on dollars spent as necessary to ensure business objectives are delivered and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Manage and own Marketing performance tracking systems for MarComm department, work closely sales to measure impact, results, and optimizations

**BRAND MANAGEMENT**
- Support the Director of Communications and Media and Ecomm Director in executing brand management for portfolio including, positioning, pricing, promotions, and consumer and industry research.
- Work closely with cross functional peers to ensure seamless integration and execution of consumer-led strategies (Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Operations)
- Develop and manage all brand briefs including brand book, brand guidelines (global and North America), and product briefs, working closely with executive teams and Operations to maintain file-stage process.
- Assist in agency management on all consumer-facing marketing elements - marketing, digital, media buying, etc.
- Collaborate with teams on all consumer-facing marketing elements developed internally - design and advertisements, content (visual, moving, graphic, etc.), brand language

What you bring to the table*
You are an experienced brand management professional with a proven track record at a high-growth consumer product company and/or have led customer insights and go-to-market messaging for a CPG brand. You're a strong individual contributor and cross-functional partner.

**Education & Experience**
- 4+ years of experience at a consumer brand company, DTC and/or CPG, in a startup environment
- Highly analytical and excellent project management abilities
- Proven experience with managing consumer and industry data
- Prior experience owning brand marketing KPIs and driving quantifiable results
- Strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Retail marketing experience
- Prior experience in leadership role in a startup environment, a bonus
- Competency with Ecommerce and digital marketing
- Experience managing research and consumer insights budget
- Experience managing multiple agency relationships
