**What You’ll Do**

You’ll be the glue that keeps our logistics and operations running smoothly while building great relationships with our customers and partners. You’ll be hands-on, out in the field, problem-solving, supporting sales efforts, building relationships and making things happen.

**Sales Support & Brand Growth**
- Visit existing customers (breweries, cideries and distilleries) to build meaningful relationships that support their continued growth with Kegshare kegs.
- Represent Kegshare at industry trade shows to build relationships and showcase our brand.
- Support the sales team with logistics insights and operational efficiencies.
- Give our customers and partners some love with 1-2 engaging social media posts per week.

**Operations & Logistics Management**
- Develop and implement SOPs, training programs, and performance tracking for our Kegshare Network Partners (Distributors & Brewery partners).
- Conduct on-site inventory verifications with our members (breweries, cideries, distilleries) throughout Ontario.
- Manage keg inventory across our network, ensuring the right kegs are in the right place at the right time.
- Coordinate freight logistics and keg rebalancing while keeping a pulse on inventory movement.
- Oversee the rebranding and deployment of new and used kegs.

**Customer & Partner Engagement**
- Be the go-to logistics and operations problem solver for our customers and partners.
- Train and support customers on the proprietary Kegshare software platform, ensuring they get the most out of our services.

**Inventory & Equipment Management**
- Oversee the repair and recycling of damaged kegs, keeping our fleet in top shape (this work is conducted by our partner operators).
- Ensure all kegs are properly rebranded and barcoded.

**Team Collaboration**
- Be an active voice in our weekly team meetings—your ideas and insights matter
- Assist with special projects, process improvements, and other business initiatives.

**Who You Are**
- You have **2+ years of experience** in sales or operations, logistics, or customer service.
- You’re **organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment**.
- You love working with people, solving problems, and ensuring seamless execution.
- You have experience with inventory management software or similar systems.
- You’re **comfortable hitting the road**—travel throughout Ontario is required.
- Physically able to handle empty stainless steel kegs (ranging from 20LBS to 28LBS)
- Experience in the beverage or logistics industry? That’s a big bonus
