**Role Summary**

This position is responsible for handling Trillium’s operations of computer networks and systems within a regulated environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and configure network switches including routing and VLAN segregation.
- Monitoring and management of Fortinet Security Suite including Fortimail, FortiSandbox, Fortigate and Forticlient EMS.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist with Help Desk Escalations as required.
- Monitor and maintain Internet, Server Application and Desktop level security certificates.
- Assist IT Manager with IT, systems and software related projects including but not limited to drafting Standard Operating Procedures, training materials, software implementation plan, 21 CFR Part 11 implementations and other projects as assigned.
- Maintain and annually test BCP and Risk Assessment procedures.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or comparable role.
- Demonstrated experience with the design, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of server hardware technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge firewalls, intrusion prevention, anti-virus, and vulnerability scanning devices, preference to those with Fortinet experience.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft operating systems.
- Familiarity with GMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations

**Education/Experience**

Bachelor's degree (information science, data management, computer science) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Five to seven (5-7) years’ experience working in a similar or related role.
