**Expected Skills**:

- Install, repair, rebuild, adjust, and service mechanical or electrical locking devices.
- Change and repair lock combinations through the use of tumblers.
- Develop and design master key systems.
- Cut duplicate or new keys from existing keys, patterns or codes.
- Rebuild safes and other locking devices.
- Complete service paper work, and maintain confidential client records.
- Replace worn tumblers, springs, and other parts as necessary.
- Fabricate lock parts.
- Disassemble a variety of locking units.
- Provide consultation and assist customers in problems with locking mechanisms.
- Install and service handicap operators and automatic sliders
- Install and service keypad entry locks
- Installation of all types of door hardware
- Overtime may be required.
- Company vehicle is supplied during work hours

**Requirements**:

- Drivers License - without offences
- Completion or locksmith certification or apprenticeship preferred.
- Minimum 5 years locksmith experience preferred.
- Strong basic math skills.
- Ability to clear basic security and criminal record check.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Self motivated, strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: To be determined by experience

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
