**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality assurance, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and painters, to ensure project specifications are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and layout.
- Perform caulking tasks where necessary to seal gaps and joints effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing techniques.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction drawings.
- Familiarity with maintenance person tasks, carpentry skills, and construction painting is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting materials as needed.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
