**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment, develop collaborative goals and create effective care plans.
- Complete risk assessments and deliver crisis interventions within a psychosocial and trauma-informed framework.
- Design and implement client-centered service plans, including internal and external referrals, crisis interventions, and follow-up support.
- Assess grief support needs using evidence based bereavement models and tailor interventions (social, educational, clinical) appropriately
- Collaborate with families, medical professionals, schools, and community resources to ensure a coordinated, goal oriented approach to care.
- Provide individual grief counselling and facilitate therapeutic bereavement groups.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of group programs and support services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Master of Social Worker degree, Bachelor of Social Work, or equivalent graduate degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Experience using trauma specific therapeutic modalities, such as Trauma Focused CBT
- Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and regular access to a vehicle.
- Strong group facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Jewish culture, community dynamics and available resources considered an asset.
- Fluency in Russian, Hebrew and Yiddish is considered a strong asset.
