Job Title: Security Supervisor

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the security team
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Conduct security assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Ensure compliance with local and national security regulations
- Monitor security systems and respond to alarms and security breaches
- Investigate security incidents and prepare reports for management
- Provide training and support to employees on security procedures and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of local and national security regulations
- Valid Security license and First aid (CPR)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 50 per week
