**Role overview**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Own the analysis and documentation of business requirements for Property & Casualty Insurance projects.
- Oversee the implementation of Guidewire solutions to meet client specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on Requirement Lifecycle Management to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative insurance solutions.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features and well written user stories
- Drive backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions for the scrum team
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of project plans to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.
- Support clients in the adoption and integration of new technologies.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

**What you bring to the role**:

- More than 5 years of demonstrated ability working in a Business Analyst role.
- 4-5 Years of Guidewire InsuranceNow is required
- Have extensive experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Experience in enterprise Agile methodology
- Nice to have more than 3 years of demonstrated ability on the Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter or ClaimCenter).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment and Strong facilitation & elicitation skills.
- A phenomenal teammate with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple partners at different hierarchical levels with Strong creative and critical thinking skills.
