The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and integration concepts, along with hands‑on experience in development and maintenance projects. This role requires a solid understanding of the Guidewire InsuranceSuite functional flow and the ability to work collaboratively in an onshore/offshore delivery model. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Guidewire PolicyCenter , including configuration and integration. Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform hands‑on development, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for Guidewire applications. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes. Provide technical support and guidance to team members across onshore/offshore locations. Adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of assigned tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter , including configuration concepts and integration knowledge. Hands‑on experience in Guidewire development and maintenance projects . Good understanding of Guidewire InsuranceSuite functional flow . Familiarity with Java, GOSU, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST) . Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across distributed teams. Guidewire certifications are a strong advantage. Flexible and proactive approach to work assignments. Preferred Skills Experience with Guidewire BillingCenter or ClaimCenter . Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
