We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven **Customer Sales Associate**to join our team As an authorized Rogers representative, we are dedicated to providing top-tier service while helping customers find the best solutions for their communication needs. **Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Associate**:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend Rogers products and services.
- Provide expert knowledge on Rogers plans, promotions, and features to ensure customers receive the best solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining detailed customer records.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
- Stay informed on the latest Rogers offerings and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.
**Qualifications of the Customer Sales Associate**:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging with customers.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service.
Pay: $41,600.00-$58,240.00 per year
