Sidney, Canada Quince Cafe Full time

Quince is a busy cafe located in Sidney.

We are currently hiring for full time and part time positions, with the possibility of an early morning baking and food prep shift. Our workweek runs Tuesday - Saturday.

We are a close-knit team who works hard to provide superior customer service and quality baking and lunch items. Experience working in a cafe is an asset but more important is a positive attitude and can-do work ethic.

General duties will include customer service, preparing coffees, some food prep, dishes, cleaning, restocking, and all general tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

  • be motivated, well organized and show initiative
  • care about providing exceptional customer service, and enjoy doing so
  • work as a team player and value creating a positive work environment
  • show up on time for the their shift and take care of their appearance
  • be comfortable using a point of sale system and handling cash
  • handle constructive feedback well and display a positive attitude
  • consistently work to a high standard and take pride in a job well done
