Our restaurant is looking for a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate/cashier who will be responsible for scheduling, running reports and communicating with our managers, as well as handling other tasks that may arise. This is an excellent opportunity for a super organized and detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills to immediately contribute to our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

**Requirements**:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus

**Salary**: $59,667.00-$66,195.00 per year
