**Snow Plow Operator - Winter 2025-2026 Season (Nov 15 - April 15)**

**JTPM Group Inc.** is hiring experienced **Snow Plow Operators** for the upcoming snow season. We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who are available **24/7** during snow events — including **overnights, weekends, and holidays**.

Our snow response team plays a crucial role in keeping commercial properties safe, clear, and accessible all winter long.

JTPM Group Inc. is a Hamilton-based property maintenance company offering landscaping and snow removal services. We specialize in commercial site management with a focus on safety, professionalism, and reliability.

**What You’ll Do**
- Operate **plow trucks, skid steers, or loaders** to clear snow from commercial sites
- Perform **pre
- and post-operation inspections** on all equipment
- Maintain communication with supervisors and dispatch during shifts
- Follow assigned routes and work efficiently under pressure
- Keep accurate records of time, materials, and site activity
- Respond to snow events **day or night**, sometimes with short notice

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Minimum 2 years of snow plowing or heavy equipment experience** (preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in all winter conditions
- Valid **G driver’s license** with a clean abstract (required)
- Must be **available 24/7 during the season**, including **overnight and weekend shifts**:

- Strong mechanical sense and attention to detail
- Comfortable using mobile tools or apps for job tracking (an asset)
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
