Server/bartender

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling practices.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, communicating needs to management.
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
