**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing orders and payments accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records of sales.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with knowledge of various beverages and cocktails.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.40-$20.00 per hour
