Warehouse Associate

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and package outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and documented.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized warehouse environment by keeping work areas clean and free of hazards.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order picking and fulfillment.
- Fabricate packaging materials as needed to ensure products are secure during transit.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse setting is required.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus.
- Assembly of furniture required.
- Ability to operate pallet jack and/or other warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
