**Job Description**:

**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to the Manager of Internal Communications, you will help lead the internal communications function at Kenny U-Pull. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the implementation of the company's internal communications strategy and the management of various internal events.
- Implement Kenny’s internal communications and employee engagement strategy by working closely with various internal stakeholders including the Senior Management team
- Manage the annual communications and internal event calendar in line with business priorities and objectives
- Support Kenny’s Senior Management team in the alignment and cascading of key business priorities to all levels of employees
- Write and publish a variety of different internal memos across the organization to communicate updates on company wins/milestones, operations, HR programs, employee events and more
- Develop and roll-out a variety of communication materials, including posters, newsletters, presentations etc. Work alongside Marketing to develop new templates where needed
- Assist Senior Management in the creation of materials (presentations, one-pagers etc) for Townhalls and Manager meetings
- Serve as a strategic Communications Advisor to internal departments and groups who require support on improving communication efforts within their own teams
- Provide strategy, guidance and support on various change management projects across the organization
- Report on success by establishing clear KPIs for internal communications efforts
- Conduct employee feedback surveys on events and other initiatives
- Ensure that corporate information produced through the Internal Communications Department is relevant, integrated and accessible throughout the organization
- Measure the performance of communication tools in order to recommend optimization and continuous improvement actions

**Qualifications**:
**Let's talk about you**
- Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a communications role
- Bilingual: French and English (written and spoken)
- Experience creating impactful content for a wide range of digital and print communication channels
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills in both languages (French and English)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Confidence to work with and advise internal stakeholders at all levels and in all types of roles on best practices in communications
- Creative and resourceful. Have a natural ability to connect with others to facilitate collaboration between groups
- knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
