Customer Service Administrator

**Gusta Cooking Studio **is looking for a Customer Service Administrator at our cooking school and supplies store. You will help out in aspects of customer service, office administration, client management, and wholesale maintenance. This is a front-of-house role in our small business setting where conviviality is celebrated. **Customer Service & Office Administration** - Greet/welcome customers and students - Handle point of sale, open and close cash register - Handle ordering of products and merchandises, in-person, by phone, or online - Advise on products and merchandises, redirect questions when needed - Handle student registration/payment/scheduling - Update upcoming class communications - Quality check studio to match standards - Provide after class service, including sending of pictures, lost and found, etc. - Processing of various documents and other office works as necessary - Ensure adequate office supplies for student and staff use **Client Management** - Manage wholesale and commercial client accounts - Provide welcome form to first time students, enter data from form - Handle after class feedback, including notifying of survey results - Update student records on CRM software - Keep track of waiting lists and report upon meeting requirement - Assist in taking class pictures **Wholesale Maintenance** - Product visual management and showroom maintenance - Processing of packing lists and invoices - Assist in packaging and shipping online order - Assist in updating online products - Assist in product costing and pricing - Assist in inventory management At an educational venue, you provide information to students courteously and help them with genuine care. In a wholesaler's mindset, you ensure customer satisfaction and efficient delivery. On administrative tasks, you demand exacting precision while constantly propelling systemic improvements. **Required Skills**: - Fluent English and Cantonese. Mandarin and French are assets but not a must - Computer literacy both online and offline - Extreme organization skills and high emotional quotient - Sensibility to communicate tactfully and problem-solve logically - Optimism to work with uncertainties in a constantly evolving environment - Motivation to taking initiatives and progressive thinking -- always ask "is this what I can do next?" **Preferred Skills** - Prior customer service experience preferred - Good sense of aesthetics, visual organization skills preferred - CRM, POS, E-Commerce, Google Docs, Office, Photoshop, AI - Curiosity to global dessert and food trends makes you happy - Familiarity with Japanese and European cultures and languages a plus - Degree preferred, but highly intelligent individuals are more than welcome to apply - Not a skill, but valid driver's license **Working Hours** - 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday, 11AM to 6PM/7PM as basic framework with flexibility - Negotiable, flexible, and fair to ensure we are all happy Working at a small start-up can be stressful, but what's the fun without stress?
