**Responsibilities**:
**Qualifications**:
Doctor degree in Psychology with an emphasis in clinical, health or neuropsychology from an approved Canadian Psychological Association program, or a program eligible for accreditation by CPA, or a graduate from a Clinical/Applied Psychology Program prior to the programs accreditation.

Registered as a psychologist with the Nova Scotia Board of Examiners in Psychology including formal written and oral examinations following two years of board approved experience. Member of the Canadian Psychological Association and Member of the Association of Psychologists of Nova Scotia.

Three (3) years clinical experience in a healthcare setting in the designated profession with leadership activities

Success in collaborating with others.

Experience in initiating and managing projects

Sound judgement, common sense, flexibility, compassion and diplomacy

Initiative, be self-motivated and work independently

Support for high quality, innovative practices

Good working relationships with colleagues, leadership, community stakeholders, academic institutions and associations, students and volunteers.

Ability to challenge the status quo and “thinking outside the box”

Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours of Work**:

- Long assignment, Part-time (20%) position; 15 hours bi-weekly
- Approximately one year

**Salary Information**:
$49.63 - $64.07/hourly
