Accountabilities:

- Ensure the safe operation of all kitchen equipment according to the manufacturer’s directions
- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and all appliances
- Ensure the use of safe knife practices
- Ensure proper food safe practices at all times
- Ensure all items are prepped according to the Score Pizza Recipe book, with regards to quality and prep procedures

Daily Responsibilities:

- Ensure prep list is completed to meet the needs of the day-MOD must approve
- Daily freezer pull
- MOD must approve
- Ensure dough pars are met for the needs of the day
- Inspect food for quality (this means checking the BB dates before prepping product)
- Daily cleaning of all equipment, floors, dishwasher etc.
- Ensure food stock and orders are put away in designated areas and properly rotated FIFO (first in, first out), checking quality and accuracy of orders
- Record all waste on the waste sheet

Food Handlers Certification is required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
