Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our client.

Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $83.20 to $94.78 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of Scrum, Agile theory, methodology, techniques, rules, and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitation be known as a go to person.
- Knowledge of current and emerging agile industry trends and best practices and internal or external business issues to improve team efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement as a change agent, engaging stakeholders to identify business problems and create scalable solutions that adapt the Agile process and drive productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to lead, plan, execute and evaluate project activities to ensure completion of initiatives, contributing to team's direction and function, providing advice to the team and delivery leadership.
- Supports an environment where team freely escalates challenges; facilitate change through positive reinforcement of successes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions.
- Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and creativity in their approach to stakeholder engagement and work to support the Agile transformation agenda.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Scrum Master experience.
- SAFE Methodology experience
- Jira & Confluence
- IT experience
- Executive presence and experience working and speaking with senior leadership.
- Project, Program or Delivery manager experience

- Ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous and conflicting requests with a focus on detail and accuracy
