**We are Hot Water LeisureScapes, in the business of making backyards fun and relaxing with swimming pools, hot tubs, swim spas and providing in-store and online retail products, service and repairs, construction, deliveries, and water maintenance. We have been in business since 2003 and have two locations, Airdrie and Calgary, to serve our customers as we grow.**

**Position needing to be filled immediately.**

As a **Pool & Spa Maintenance/Labor** you will:

- **Visit customer's homes to perform weekly water testing, treatment, chemical balancing and cleaning** of their hot tub (year-round), swimming pool (seasonal) or swim spa (year-round). Record the visit results and work performed. Change filters or backwash system. Alert the Service Coordinator of any additional service required by a Service Technician. Ensure required products are brought out to customer's homes for their water balancing. Ensure service van or truck is stocked with required equipment and chemicals, and kept generally organized and clean. Depending on the time of the year, valet services will be 2 to 4 days of the work week.
- **Assist Service & Delivery Crew with deliveries, pool, and hot tub service work including winterization services and spring openings.**:

- When not outside for valet services, **in-store duties will include, but are not limited to**: filter cleaning, organizing and putting away stock (reading and receiving packing slips) and products, shelf stocking, transfers of products between stores, deliveries of online orders, and cleaning duties.
- **You will need to be comfortable working alone outside while doing valet services.**:

- **Be competent in your time management.**:

- **Steel toe boots are required** while assisting the Service & Delivery Crew. Outdoor clothing rated for winters and rain is required. Uniform shirts are provided. Winter coat is provided.
- **Be comfortable with lifting equipment and stock that starts at 50lbs.**:

- **Valid Class 5 Driver's License required.**:

- **You will be trained** in everything pool and hot tub related, water testing and balancing through a combination of online training modules and programs, one
- on-one training with fellow team members, ride-along, and group training.
- **Opportunities for growth** are into a Junior Service Technician or Customer Care Representative.
- **Our busy season is summer into late fall/early winter, therefore this is not an ideal position for part-time hours. Longer days are reducing busy season.**

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
