**Qualifications**:

- Industry experience & auto parts knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Must have high attention to detail
- Try to maximize accuracy and efficiency in procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal sales
- Computer literate, comfortable working in MS office suite & Edge

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and ensure accuracy of the catalogue data in MAM and Nexpart
- Create new customer accounts and settings
- Drive customer sales by sorting and optimizing Nexpart so relevant products are shown specific customers first
- Report on and target growth in Nexpart activity
- Establish unique customer attributes and measure related performance linked to those profiles
- Establish yourself as the specialist in Nexpart for the outside sales team
- Develop a training program to further drive growth in Nexpart
- Act as the customer-facing functional expert for Nexpart/Connection while managing the customer support process
- Advocate for increased usage through Nexpart analytics and engagement with the Outside Sales Team
- Understand top 5-10 Shop Management System (SMS) integrations and customer experience through those portals so we’re able to provide a better experience for our customers
