**Start Date**:March 24, 2025**
- **The Positive Impact Program aims to support targeted clients to reduce barriers and potential harms by supporting access to basic needs, harm reduction materials and services, and social and community supports through referrals, information, and collaboration with Saskatchewan Health Authority HIV Strategy Coordinator.**_

**Expectations**:
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders;
- Coordinate and participate in case management and consultation;
- Provide direct client access or referral to harm reduction services;
- Plan and facilitate community harm reduction education and events;
- Disseminate and promote education and resources on HIV, Hepatitis C and STI’s;
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of the program budget;
- Attend meetings as required;
- Prepare reports, statistical information;
- Ensure that safe work practices are followed;
- Maintain and model appropriate personal boundaries with others;
- Respect and protect the rights of clients.
**Qualifications and experience**:
- A Bachelor of Social Work Degree is required;
- Experience working with the harm reduction model and knowledge of STBII’s;
- Experience working with individuals experiencing chronic health and social issues;
- Valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and vehicle in good working order;
- A recent and clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check from RCMP.
