*This is a Full Sales Cycle position*
- Prospect new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls; maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Qualify and convert sales leads
- Schedule and attend in-person meetings and presentations with prospects
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations and product demonstrations on company products to potential customers
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales results
- Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Consistently follow up with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and get referrals

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, communications, or business administration preferred
- 2 years of sales experience minimum requirement (business development experiences preferred)
- Proven track record to meet and exceed sales quotas
- A hunter by nature
- Superb verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate professionally
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to articulate compelling value propositions of our company mission
- Previous experience in the interior design industry preferred
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Proficiency in MS software and knowledge of CRM systems
- Must be flexible in working hours (possibly weeknights and weekends) to accommodate the availability of our clients

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
