**Business Development Associate - Dynaline Industries**
As a part of our team, you will be more than just a payroll number. You will have the ability to communicate your ideas, receive dynamic training, and build a network of professional relationships.
**About Dynaline**
Dynaline was established in 1988 to serve distributors that supply to Automotive Aftermarket, Hardware retail and Industrial end users.
Our products are consumable durable goods in ten product categories. We provide point of sale merchandising for everything we sell. Our goal is to expand our network of supporters across Canada.
**Who are Our Customers?**
You would be building and/or maintaining Dynaline’s relationships with business owners and operators in the industrial, agricultural, and automotive distribution industry.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining relationships with our customers
- Following a clearly defined customer outreach process and schedule
- Responding to inbound calls, processing orders, and sharing new opportunities
- Meeting sales targets
- Contributing to team meetings
- Occasional travel may be required
**Requirements**:
- A positive attitude, open to learning and growing
- Organized and disciplined
- Strong communicator
- Able to find and solve problems
- Experienced negotiator
- Operate with honesty and integrity
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with Power BI and/or SAP is a plus
- Knowledge of our industry is a plus
- Bilingual (French and English) will be given special consideration
**Compensation**
- $45,000-$50,000 base (depending on qualifications) with uncapped commission incentives
