Vernon, Canada Paradise Dock & Lift Inc. Full time

At Paradise Dock and Lift we manufacture high quality docks and boat lifts in Vernon, BC, and have our products installed in lakes across North America. We are growing quickly, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service to join our team.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new customers.
- Convert leads into sales.
- Create a sales plan.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
- Be able to deal with potential difficult situations with customers and clients.
- Market products and services to clients and potential clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to learn detailed information about the products we offer
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM is an asset
- Knowledge of the marine industry is an asset
- Being multilingual is an asset
- Marketing and design skills are an asset

We offer a base salary with unlimited commission potential, and flexibility around the work hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
