**Customer Service Representative - Empowerfit (Full-Time | Sherwood Park)**

**Position Details**:
**Title**: Front Desk Customer Care & Scheduling Assistant

**Location**: Empowerfit - Sherwood Park, AB

**Schedule**: Full-time | 25-40 hours/week

**Compensation**: $15/hour + free gym membership

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Managing and nurturing new leads: follow-ups, booking consults, and making people feel SEEN
- Solving member needs—everything from schedule changes to billing hiccups with a smile
- Supporting our team with admin tasks as needed (we’re all about teamwork around here)
- Bringing a positive, can-do attitude that supports our moms and our mission

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Experience in data entry and sales an asset
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
