We are in search of a highly driven Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in broadening our reach and enhancing our impact
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for commuting (required)
- Experience in marketing and or communication roles in the medical and pharmaceutical fields.
- Proficient in: Adobe, photo and video-editing software, WordPress, Excel, Word & Outlook
- Have a solid understanding of Google AdWords & Analytics and Social media ranking practices
- Excellent editing skills with the ability to create ads have experience in web design and various content production.
- Bilingual (English as well as French or any other additional languages) would be preferred.
- An individual who is outgoing, personable, able to network and attend meetings, as well as displays exceptional communication skills while able to manage attention to small details
- Leadership experience in communications planning, branding strategies, media outreach, marketing principles, design principles, digital technologies, and creative processes

**Duties**
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvements and bring suggestions to the table
- Be capable of writing and editing a variety of documents under tight deadlines
- Add new posts and updates to our website and platforms, as well as keep the company website up to date with a focus on SEO optimization
- **Attend and schedule in-person meetings to discuss the opportunities with potential clients**:

- Establish priorities and deadlines, and ensure efficient and timely service and quality control
- Project management skills to plan and execute work assignments

**Job Type**: Casual
