En tant que technicien de support desktop, vous serez responsable de traiter les problèmes techniques transmis par le helpdesk, et de travailler avec l'utilisateur final pour résoudre les problèmes de matériels, de logiciels et de connectivités, tout en soutenant l'entreprise sur les exigences des projets du métier et IMACS.

**Qu’elles seront tes taches?**
- Répondre aux tickets transmis par le helpdesk et fournissez une assistance aux utilisateurs finaux concernant le matériel, les logiciels et la connectivité.
- Fournir une root cause des incidents répétés pour fournir une solution permanente.
- Responsable d'un large éventail de support opérationnel, des exigences basées sur les projets et des demandes d'installation, de déplacement, d'ajout et de modification d’IMAC.
- Effectuer des vérifications proactives (Floor Walking) pour assurer une disponibilité optimale des systèmes et des appareils informatiques.
- Diagnostiquer les erreurs ou les problèmes techniques et déterminer les solutions appropriées.
- Recueillir et analyser les données de performance pour fournir une assistance technique.
- Enregistrer les nouveaux appareils dans l’asset manager, gestion du cycle de vie des équipements informatiques jusqu'à l'élimination et le recyclage.

**Que recherchons nous?**
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience solide dans l’assistance informatique y compris le dépannage de matériel, de logiciels, de connectivité et de problèmes de système d'exploitation
- Résoudre les problèmes sans affecter / violer la garantie matérielle ou les exigences de conformité en matière de sécurité du client.
- Expérience de niveau L2 dans l'installation, le dépannage technique et la résolution de problèmes matériels d'ordinateurs, d'imprimantes, d'ordinateurs portables et d'autres périphériques informatiques ainsi que de Software.
- Bonne compréhension et expérience avec O365, SCCM, Skype, Teams, VPN, appareils mobiles, Active Directory, mise en réseau et outils d'assistance à distance
- Connaissances de base des configurations et des concepts LAN et WAN d'entreprise
- Savoir effectuer des taches Smart Hand selon les procédures clients.
- Expérience des outils de Ticketing (ServiceNow / Remedy etc.)
- Idéalement, certification CompTIA A+ ou MTA ou autres certifications de fournisseurs des FEO (Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, HP)
- This role is working Monday - Sunday - 4 days on 4 days off covering rotation hours of 06:00am - 18:00pm or 18:00pm - 06:00am (Training hours from 03:00am to 13:00pm for 4 weeks)_
