**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join the Triton team.

This role requires effective communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**
- Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a streak-free finish.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for window cleaning tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to access high or difficult-to-reach windows via ladders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly stored after use.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes.
- Assist with general facilities maintenance tasks as required, including custodial duties.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working at heights or using cleaning equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Valid Alberta Drivers license
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to window cleaning tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results.

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
