**SUMMARY - **_Forklift Operator_**

**_ Shift:_** Tuesday to Friday; 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

TransX has an exciting opportunity for a **Forklift Operator** to join our Dock team in the Vaudreuil-Dorion Terminal. We are looking for an individual that is strong, active, and possesses a solid work ethic.

**KEY ACTIVITIES**

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Loading/unloading containers and trailers
- Organizing the warehouse
- Using a forklift
- Other general labor duties such as stacking, wrapping and warehouse cleaning

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**

**_ Education_**
- Forklift certificate, WHMIS, TDG certifications
- Must have completed high school or equivalent.

**_ Experience_**
- Two years’ experience in a cross dock/fast-paced warehouse machine operator role
- Experience stacking different types of materials, including boxes, pallets, bins, etc.
- Experience working with frozen and refrigerated freight
- Positive attitude and personality, courteous manner, and flexibility
- High-attention to detail
- Consistently reliable and dependable
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Safety-first work style
