Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, strong and motivated Back of House Team Member to join our team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's kitchen and food preparation areas. **Duties**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and measuring ingredients
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as grilling, frying
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Help with placing and receiving orders
- Multitasking dish work, prep work and the line

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service is a must
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
- Can be self directed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 28 per week
