**Job Summary**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the right parts for their automotive needs. You will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers with their inquiries, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in automotive repair and parts sales will contribute to the overall success of our dealership.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts for their vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that all parts are properly stocked and organized.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Market available parts and promotions to customers to enhance sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of required parts for repairs.
- Utilize strong math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and inventory levels accurately.
- Stay updated on new automotive products and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, repair processes, and related terminology.
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in cash handling and cashiering practices with experience using POS systems.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to market products effectively to customers.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Basic math skills for pricing calculations and inventory management.
- A team player who is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Additional pay:
