**Position Objective**:

- Coordinate the daily functions of the parts operations including, procuring, ordering, backorders, core processing and picking of parts.
- Counts and accounts for all daily parts’ receipts.
- Examines and returns parts cores per dealership policy.
- Receives and accurately records parts from stock orders and daily orders.
- Assist retail counter, back counter, wholesale, and internal customers with their parts needs in a professional manner.
- Review body shop estimates and orders to ensure part and price accuracy.
- Verify information on bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records.
- Process credits and parts returns.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Consults catalogs or computer databases
- Keeps current on product bulletins and catalogue changes.
- Assist in receiving and locating daily and weekly stock orders.
- General maintenance of stockroom.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Understanding vehicle mechanics and systems is essential.
- Proficient in computer software and parts catalog systems.
- OEM experience required.
- PBS and Microcat experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer experiences.
- Valid class “G” driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.

**Please note**: Applicants must provide a criminal background check prior to commencing employment.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week

Additional pay:
