Our innovative Health-Based Cleaning System is a unique environmentally friendly cleaning program that reduces the spread of illness-causing germs and odors. You will provide initial and on-going training to our franchisees and staff. You will also contribute strategic planning, operations, and marketing expertise. Your specific duties as a Franchise Consultant & Trainer will include:

- Initial and Additional Training
- New Account Set-up
- Training on Customer Service
- Audits with Franchise Owners (as training)
- Sales Training
- Lead Generation/Referrals - Teaching FO’s how to do it
- Data Entry
- Accounts Receivable duties

**Requirements**:

- Basic to intermediate computer skills (particularly Word, Excel)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability and willingness to learn commercial cleaning processes quickly and in depth
- Teaching, training and coaching experience, _preferred_
- Janitorial industry experience, _preferred_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
