**What you’ll do**

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

- Enters invoices and ensures that they are processed for payment accurately and in a timely manner while verifying cost and units and vendors are charged back accordingly for discrepancies
- Identify and problem solve various issues and discrepancies related to invoices and purchase orders.
- Responds to department and vendor requests in a timely manner.
- Identify and provide suggestions for continuous process improvement.

**What you’ll need**

To begin your career with us, you’ll have:

- Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or other Business-related fields.
- Basic analytical skills, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gather necessary information and provide good customer service.
- Interpersonal skills and time management skills including the ability to prioritize a must.
- Good communication skills including written and verbal (dealing with vendors, business partner etc.).
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a collaborative team environment/business partnering.
- Retail experience an asset.
