**Overview**
We are an Alberta-based upstream oilfield services company providing field-based services to exploration and production operators. Operating in a safety-critical, fast-paced environment, we support multi-crew and multi-location operations across Alberta and British Columbia. With approximately $25 million in annual revenue, disciplined financial execution and reliable field-to-office systems are essential to our success.

The Manager, Finance & IT Systems manages the day-to-day finance function while acting as the internal owner of the company’s financial and operational technology stack. This is a hands-on, execution-focused management role, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong job costing, timely invoicing, and dependable IT systems that support field operations.

The role serves as the primary bridge between field operations and finance, ensuring that Aimsio, QuickBooks Online (QBO), DEXT, and ApprovalMax are configured correctly, integrated where appropriate, and consistently used across the organization.

**Experience**
- CPA designation (or significant progress toward CPA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5-10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience.
- Direct experience in upstream oilfield services, rentals, or industrial services.
- Hands-on experience with: Aimsio, QuickBooks Online (QBO), DEXT, ApprovalMax
- Strong understanding of job costing, utilization-based revenue, and service billing.

**Preferred Knowledge & Competencies**
- Experience integrating Aimsio with accounting systems.
- Familiarity with equipment-heavy or fleet-based operations.
- Prior people management experience.
- Exposure to BI or advanced reporting tools.
- Operational accounting and job costing expertise.
- Strong systems discipline and attention to detail.
- Practical, hands-on problem-solving approach.
- Comfortable supporting field-based teams.
- Clear communicator with non-financial managers.
- Process-driven with continuous improvement mindset.

Pay: $130,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
