We continue to grow and develop leading-edge printing technology to provide our customers with the best services.

We have an immediate need for a **Production and Client Services Administrator**.

**Primary Focus**:
The main purpose of this position is to ensure orders are forwarded complete, accurate and that information flows effectively through all departments and or customers to ensure orders are delivered on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Quality check all work orders, sales orders and BOM’s ensuring paperwork & system entries are accurate and completed within Duplium’s set of guidelines. Printing of sales orders to production and work orders where required.
- Diligently communicate all change requests to affected departments by updating all affected documents.
- Prepare reports, and other special requests as required.
- Assist with processing orders when requested by the Operations Manager and Production Manager.
- Document and communicate all customer issues with Operations Manager.
- Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
- Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Various other duties as assigned.

**Education/Professional Development Requirements**:

- High School Diploma. Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or Customer Service an asset.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Two years experience in a customer service field is a definite asset.

**Behavioral Competencies Required**:

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Detail Oriented
- Well Organized

**Technical Competencies Required**:

- Advanced MS Excel skills
