Perks and Benefits Flexible health and dental insurance benefits package Personal Spending amount to invest in your healthy lifestyle RRSP - Registered Retirement Savings Plan with Company matching ESPP - Employee Share Purchase Plan (TSX:IFC) program with matching aspect ‘Dress for your day’, dress according to your daily schedule Competitive compensation package with bonus aspect Employee discount program, including Apple, Bell, Rogers and more Paid Time Off in the form of personal days, volunteer days, exam/study time, jury duty and starting at 3 weeks of vacation per year Working for an employer recognized as Canada’s best employer such as Kincentric 2024 Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for our Retail Client’s Plan Administrator and Plan Sponsors Collaborate closely with the Senior and Group Benefits Analyst to prepare and issue Request To Quote (RTQ) to Carrier Partners using established tools and processes Analyze carrier proposals and prepare detailed, client‑ready reports for Advisors to present Manage the onboarding of new groups and coordinate implementation for existing clients transitioning to new providers Provide post‑sale and ongoing administrative support to Plan Sponsors and Administrators Assist clients with all aspects of Employee Group Health Benefits administration Qualifications Completion of high school diploma and/or post‑secondary education Certification in CEBS or GBA is considered an asset, though not required Demonstrated analytical acumen and strong organizational capabilities Proven commitment to client service and customer satisfaction Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong time management, attention to detail, and follow‑through Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with solid keyboarding and computer skills We thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
