Meadowlark Construction is a certified RBQ general contractor based in Montreal. We specialize in **high-end residential and commercial renovations**, with a focus on quality craftsmanship, communication, and thoughtful project delivery.

We’re a small and collaborative team, and we’re looking for someone organized, curious, and reliable to support our internal operations and help us run projects smoothly behind the scenes.

**About the Role**

We’re hiring a **part-time Operations Coordinator** to support internal documentation, communication, scheduling, cost tracking, and general organization.

This role is ideal for an **experienced administrator or project coordinator** looking for flexible, meaningful work — but we’re also open to **students or early-career professionals** who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. We’re happy to **tutor the right person** if you bring initiative and accountability.

**Working Hours**
- Must be available during **7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Eastern / Montreal time)**:

- Weekly hours will vary based on active projects
- Flexibility is essential

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure daily project reports, time tracking, and receipts are submitted accurately
- Track project expenses and flag discrepancies
- Maintain clear records and help manage project budgets
- Follow up on communications with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Support quote requests, material sourcing, and vendor coordination
- Assist with general administration and light bookkeeping
- Help improve internal systems and keep the backend of the business organized

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Experienced administrator or project coordinator** strongly preferred
- **Fluent in English** (French is a strong asset)
- **Tech-savvy** — confident using tools like Google Drive, spreadsheets, and project management software
- Comfortable working independently and asking questions before taking on a task
- Strong follow-up habits and detail-oriented mindset
- Accountable, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities

**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with construction or renovations
- Located in Montreal and able to attend occasional in-person meetings
- Interested in process improvement, organization, and clean systems
