Work Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**: Utilizing your supply chain and warehouse skills:
In Shipping you will be:

- Processing and picking daily sales orders and cross check orders to ensure accuracy
- Preparing and printing shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
- Processing daily shipments with utmost accuracy
- Consolidating shipments where applicable
- Scheduling daily pick-ups as required
- Initiating regular and emergency shipments to all parts of Canada via approved carriers
- Examining and correcting any courier related problems
- Supporting any other warehousing activities as required
- Processing service parts logistics transactions

In Receiving you will be:

- Collaborating with procurement staff to schedule expected deliveries
- Unloading incoming deliveries
- Properly counting and verifying all receipts and paperwork upon receipt
- Raising all identified errors immediately upon discovery
- Assuming responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements
- Labeling deliveries and inventory in specified warehouse areas
- Maintaining accurate records and assist in inventory control

***Skills & Qualification**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving
- Certified forklift operator, Raymond Reach (Optional)
- Able to lift heavy weights (up to 50lbs.) on a frequent basis
- You are willing and able to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends as needed
- Familiarity with JD Edwards or IQ Reseller is an asset
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of product scanning systems
